/ Three tracks. One platform.

Find the path that fits where you are now.

Mentorship pairing, workforce entry, or entrepreneurship support—each track has a defined intake, a clear timeline, and a real person on the other end.

— Track 01 — Mentorship

A specific mentor. A defined six-week arc.

We pair you with a working professional in your field—not a volunteer with a title, but someone whose door you couldn't knock on otherwise. Six structured sessions, one concrete outcome.

— Track 02 — Workforce Entry

From qualified to hired—with named employers.

Active employer partners post roles exclusively through this track. You move through a short readiness cohort, then into direct introductions—no blind applications, no black-hole portals.

— Track 03 — Entrepreneurship

Build it with advisors who have done it.

Twelve weeks of structured support: business model review, access to a practitioner network, and a pitch-ready plan. For people building something real, not attending another workshop.

Intake process

No vague loops. Here is what happens next.

A short intake form—ten minutes, no essay. You tell us which track fits and where you are right now. We read every submission within two business days.

Step 2 — Match

A coordinator contacts you to confirm fit and introduce the program lead or mentor by name. You know exactly who you are working with before anything begins.

Step 3 — Start

Your track begins on a fixed start date. Timelines are published; there are no rolling waitlists with no end in sight.

▸ Ready to apply

Pick your track. We handle the rest.

Tell us where you are and which track you're aiming for. A real coordinator—not an automated sequence—will follow up within two business days.
